THE PLOT:
Alex Murphy just transferred to the toughest part of Old Detroit in order to see some action, but Alex sees more action then
he cared for when he crosses path with Clarence Boddicker. Alex is riddled with bullets and left for dead.
After declaring him dead they place his body in a new Cyborg system code-named Robocop, Alex starts regaining his memory
and has an itch for revenge on Clarence Boddicker. But Clarence joins up with crooked OCP Exec Dick Jones which could spell
an ugly second demise for Alex.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
Big fan of Robocop, now I'm not sure which came first, the comic book or the movie. But either way the story is clever, the
effects amazing, the cast does a great job and the atmosphere is like the not to distant future, call it someday AD. So,
all and all a great movie worthy of 9 STARS.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd, the good guys were good and the bad guys were bad. There is this SWAT captain who was the biggest jerk
of them all. Just because Robo shows him up when the Mayor was kidnapped and he's out to blindly kill him later in the film
just because Dick Jones says so. But it's a minor complaint. 9 STARS.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ STORY (The story works.)
+ CHARACTERS (Most of the characters are likable.)
+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ EFFECTS (Great effects.)
+ ATMOSPHERE (Really felt like the not to distant future.)
...AND FINALLY...
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- MINOR CHARACTER ISSUES (Did not care for the SWAT Captain.)
