THE PLOT:
The Shredder returns, saved somehow by Tetsu. Now he is after revenge and he and the Turtles learn the secret of their origin.
Using the last canister of the radioactive ooze that mutated the turtles, Shredder mutates two strong and power mutants of
his own in the hopes of finishing them off.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
I am slightly disappointed by this one. I was hoping that it would be Beebop and Rock-Steady. These two mindless animals
have no charisma. Plus if animals are still mindless morons how did four turtles become crime fighting machines. Their logic
doesn't make sense.
The other thing that bugged me about this one, second movie and still no Krang, any expert on the comic book tell me if
Krang was in the comic book? I'd like to know. 7 STARS

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd, I liked the effects and Ernie Reyes Jr. But the whole Krang thing started to bug me. Second movie and
still no Krang. It's not like they couldn't have done it if they wanted to. 6 STARS.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ CREATURE EFFECTS (Just like the first movie, it has great creature effects.)
+ ACTING (The acting is pretty darn good.)
+ CHARACTERS (The classic characters work.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- NEW CHARACTERS (Nether of us enjoyed the new mutants.)
- WHY SO DUMB (Why were the new mutants.)
...AND FINALLY...
- STILL NO KRANG (We were so hoping for Krang in this one.)
