THE PLOT:
Patience Phillips was a ordinary woman, living a drab ordinary life, until the day that she died. The day she uncovered her
boss' wife has plans for a new beauty care product and be damned with the side effects. Brought back by cats, Patience now
has the powers of the cat.
Patience is out to prove that Laurel is breaking the law, but the law is on her side for Patience must become Catwoman
in order to find the truth.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
First of all although I think it was incredibly Policicly Correct to create a African American Catwoman, at least they created
a new character. This would have gotten the noose so fast if Halle Berry was suppose to be Selina Kyle. But this works, she's
almost like the Ertha Kitt from Season 3 of the original Batman series. That's what I like. The script is good, the story
is good, the cast is good. Everything is pretty descent. Except, the Police chasing after her, what is this "Black Scorpion"
when the Police always trying to catch the vigilante? Also, what city is this, I don't remember if they ever said. But all
and all a pretty good movie worthy of 8 STARS.
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree with Zedd on this for the most part. But if you ask me, if and when they do a sequel and I hope they do. I hope
they bring back Selina Kyle. These two would make a great pair and maybe have a villian from the DC universe, that would
help. The new villianess didn't help any at least, not in my humble opinion. 7 STARS.
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ CAST (The cast does do a great job.)
+ NOT SELINA KYLE (That's good, considering she's not African American.)
+ OUTFIT (The outfit is hot.)
+ CATWOMAN II (Like Eartha Kitt in the original Batman series.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- PC (It's still on the Politically Correct side, if you ask me.)
- POLICE CHASE (The whole Police chase gets old real fast.)

- FAN BASED (All fans of Selina Kyle may not like this Catwoman.)
