THE PLOT:
The Sengh Brotherhood of pirates were merciless and unstoppable. Until one boy escaped their grasps, he swore to get even
with the pirate band at any cost. Now centuries later in the 1930s', Kit Walker, the descendant of the boy who lived is carrying
out the family tradition as the Ghost Who Walks, the Phantom, striking fear in the heart of those who would do evil.
A fight with the man who murdered his father leads him to lost treasures stolen from the tribe who adopted his ancestor
so long ago. Three skulls, one of jade, one of silver and one of gold. Xander Drax a rich madman so crazy Hitler would say,
"Man, he's crazy." is after those skulls for his own bid to rule the world.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
As you all know by keeping track of the buried treasures I find THE PHANTOM a great movie worthy of watching time and time
again. It's cool, it's clever and it's fun. It's also close to the original comic, people like Avi Arad can learn that you
don't need to re-write everything to get a good movie. Now the mask is the only real complaint I have, wish they found a
way to hide his eyes like they did with Spider-Man. But still that is minor compared to the whole and as a whole I give it
9 STARS.
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
Great story and great action. I also enjoyed that made it a period piece from the 1930s. It really looked like we took a
step back in time to New York of that time period. The characters are likable, and even Xander Drax has charm for a ruthless
villain who dreams of world domination. It can drag at points and I agree with Zedd about the eye thing. 8 STARS.

+ CHARACTERS (Good character design and development.)
+ CAST (The cast does a great job.)
+ COSTUME (The costume was almost perfect.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- EYES (You really don't see his eyes with his mask on.)
- DRAGGY POINTS (It has a draggy lull or two. But not many.)

- FAN BASED (If you aren't one for comic book related movies, this isn't for you.)
