THE PLOT:
The Punisher is back and out for revenge on all mobs. After killing the head of a crime family who got off on murder charges
he goes after another prime member but accidentally kills an undercover FBI agent doing so. But after his encounter with
the Punisher, Billy loses his looks and his weak grip on sanity. Going by the name Jigsaw, he makes plans on ridding the
world of Frank Castle once and for all.
ZEDD'S OPINION:
Okay, I liked the first movie but I liked this one better. They stayed closer to the comic book in story anyway. Jigsaw
was perfect in every way I can see. Even costume, but Punisher, once again they dropped the ball with the look of the Punisher,
I wasn't crazy about the body armor which turned me off of the movie at first, but the character's origin was perfect, plenty
of action and funny. Plus anime style blood spilling, always a plus. Overall, better then the first movie and I give it
7 STARS.

VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I agree, but I have to question the other FBI agent, at least I did at first, he worked out later. But still makes it a minor
character issue which makes it 7 STARS for me as well.

ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ ACTION (Plenty of action to go around.)
+ STORY (The story works.)
+ JIGSAW (A perfect adaptation of the character for what I can see.)
+ PUNISHER ORIGIN (The origin sounds about right.)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- PUNISHER COSTUME REDESIGN, AGAIN! (Once again they redesigned the costume, what's up with the body armor?)
- MINOR CHARACTER ISSUES (There were a couple a characters that got on my nerves.)
...AND FINALLY...
- FAN BASED (If you aren't a big fan of the Punisher movies or comic book movies in general, then this isn't for you.)
